Full wedding planning (12+ months out)
- Unlimited hours to expertly plan your wedding, rehearsal dinner & post wedding day brunch.
- Onboarding call.
- Creation of a Pinterest mood board to fully understand the vision you have for your wedding.
- Source your perfect wedding venue location or marquee company.
- Secure the best suppliers to bring the vision for your wedding celebrations to life.
- Contract assessments.
- Act as the main point of contact for you and your wedding suppliers.
- Attend all meetings as required.
- Expertly manage all wedding administration & logistics down to the day.
- Compile a detailed wedding budget schedule and provide you with timely payment reminders.
- Oversee all set up & break down of all celebrations.
- Ensure all collections & returns are dealt with after the wedding, so you can enjoy your honeymoon!
Partial wedding planning (3 months out)
- In-depth planning meeting (including site visit) to ensure a flawless handover.
- Expertly transition to act as your main point of contact.
- Source any remaining wedding professionals.
- Handle all remaining admin and logistics.
- Keep track of your wedding budget and ensure all final payments are dealt with promptly.
- Compile a detailed wedding day timeline which is distributed to all relevant suppliers.
- Seamlessly coordinate your day from beginning to end.
On the day coordination (2 weeks out)
- Venue set up coordination.
